Resolved

At approximately 20:30 UTC on August 15, an incident occurred that affected developer agents. HTTP in and out (and potentially timers) stopped being serviced. This incident was resolved by restarting the appropriate daemon at approximately 22:30 UTC.

The delay in noticing and rectifying the issue is obviously unacceptable. We'll be adding the required monitoring today. My apologies.

We'll continue to investigate the root cause.
