Update
We're still seeing unacceptably high memory usage on the production servers. While we continue to investigate the underlying cause, in order to mitigate this we'll be performing some server maintenance, starting 9th Jan at 09:00 UTC.
Devices will reconnect and agents will migrate as part of this maintenance. Service operation will otherwise be unaffected.
