Factory server issues in Asia region

Resolved

We've (belatedly) identified an issue where devices were timing out when attempting to connect to the factory server in the Asia region. This doesn't affect devices that are already connected.

Developer and production servers are unaffected.

This is now resolved; we'll review our monitoring processes to ensure that we spot this more quickly in future.
