We will be deploying a release to improve performance and reliability of our servers starting on 23-Jun-2015 from 15:00-18:00 UTC. This is the fourth of four scheduled maintenance windows of the rolling deploy. For each stage of the rolling deploy, the devices being moved, and their agents, will be restarted; services should remain generally available.

The remaining schedule will be as follows:
- Phase 4 [Tuesday, 23-June-2015]: All remaining production devices and factory devices
