Scheduled maintenance for all servers 3-Nov-2016 15:00 UTC - 3-Nov-2016 17:00 UTC. Devices may reconnect but services should remain available during the maintenance window.

For this code release, we are implementing an improved rolling deploy strategy which includes a pre-maintenance window for devices to organically migrate when ready. Among other benefits, this should greatly reduce the number of forced agent migrations that normally occur.
